Continuing its commitment to creating ideas that make authentic, human connections, Mower, one of the country’s top independent marketing, advertising and public relations agencies, has expanded its creative department by adding the talents of four new team members: VJ Ortiz, Kearney Erhard, Amanda Widzinski and David Jackson. They are part of a cohesive team managing Mower’s creative assignments around the country, working in coordination with colleagues across New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Buffalo, Rochester, Albany and Syracuse, N.Y.
VJ Ortiz, Associate Creative Director
Ortiz joins Mower from Juice Pharma Worldwide in New York. An award-winning copywriter, he honed his skills over more than 12 years as a senior copywriter for Partners + Napier. Ortiz brings extensive healthcare, financial, CPG, and automotive experience to the agency. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
Kearney Erhard, Creative Supervisor
Erhard joined Mower from Digitas Health, and was previously with Crowley Webb & Associates, Hill Holliday and FCB Health. He has award-winning integrated campaign experience in writing for web, print, short- and long-form video, social media, direct mail, point-of-purchase, CRM, SEO, trade shows, corporate presentations and more. Erhard is a graduate of Syracuse University holding a B.S. in advertising and marketing.
Amanda Widzinski, Senior Art Director
Most recently with hospitality company, Delaware North, Widzinski is seasoned at everything from digital ads to OOH and environmental design. She and Erhard are colleagues once more, previously partnered during their mutual time at Crowley Webb & Associates. Widzinksi holds a B.F.A. in graphic design and French from State University of New York College at Fredonia.
David Jackson, Senior Content Producer
Jackson’s talents include motion design, editing, illustration, animation and video and audio production. He joins Mower from Pegula Sports and Entertainment, where he led much of the experience design and multimedia efforts that rallied the fans behind the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres. Jackson is a graduate of Canisius College holding a B.S. in digital media arts, communication studies.
