Mower Expands Account Management Team with Four New Hires

Reflecting the high demand for support across a diverse client roster and a commitment to continuous growth, Mower, one of the country’s top independent marketing, advertising and public relations agencies, has expanded its account management department with the addition of four new account team members: Evelyn D. Warren, Victoria Jayes, Ravi Kiran Rao and Lydia R. Rugaber. These new employees are part of a cohesive team managing Mower’s client accounts across the country, working in coordination with colleagues in New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, and Syracuse, N.Y.

Evelyn Warren, Management Supervisor

Warren comes to Mower with over 20 years of experience leading advertising efforts for key clients in consumer, retail, CPG, and durables space. Before joining Mower, she worked for the Ingram Content Group and Ryan Partnership (a member of Publicis Groupe). After her tenure there, she ventured out and founded her own agency, The Strategy Group, Inc., where she’s worked for the past 15 years.

Victoria Jayes, Senior Account Supervisor

Jayes brings to Mower almost 20 years of experience in account management across the banking, insurance, and healthcare industries for both B2C and B2B clients. She worked most recently for full-service marketing communications agency FARM, where she developed robust marketing programs that exceeded sales goals multiple years running. Jayes holds a B.S. from the University at Buffalo and a M.A. in organizational leadership from Medaille College.

Ravi Kiran Rao

Ravi Kiran Rao, Account Supervisor

Rao brings over seven years of account management and digital advertising experience from Ogilvy & Mather in Mumbai, India. There he worked on several fully integrated marketing campaigns with 360-degree creative management for brands like Fiat Chrysler Automobiles where he helped launch 125 exclusive dealerships across India. He received a B.A. in mass media with a specialization in advertising from the University of Mumbai, and recently received an M.A. in digital communications & media from Northeastern University.

Lydia R. Rugaber

Lydia R. Rugaber, Account Executive

Rugaber comes to Mower from Dixon Schwabl where she wore multiple hats, working on Community Bank and leading several other smaller accounts as an Account Manager and Project Manager. She holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from Le Moyne College.
