As a result of increased business demand and a continued commitment to company growth, Mower, one of the country’s top independent marketing, advertising, and public relations agencies, has expanded its project management department with the addition of four new team members: Maria R. Strauch, Eleesha Jones, Emily Walsh and Steven K. Dwyer, and the promotion of Kristin Gray. These employees are part of cohesive teams aiding Mower’s project management efforts, working in coordination with colleagues in New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, and Syracuse, N.Y.
Kristin Gray, Director of Project Management
Gray has been with Mower for over 17 years. She is an experienced program manager with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. She started at Mower as an assistant account executive, and then moved over to project supervisor, program manager, and now director of project management. She holds a B.S. in marketing and an M.B.A. from Le Moyne College.
Maria R. Strauch, Senior Project Manager
Strauch joined Mower with years of project management experience. She has worked at advertising agencies and a software company, where she handled a variety of clients, from small- and medium-sized companies to large enterprises. During her agency time, she managed traditional and digital marketing/advertising projects for many brands in the consumer goods field, including ABInbev’s Latin-American market. She holds a B.A. from the Universidad de Montevideo.
Eleesha Jones, Project Supervisor
Jones brings to Mower 10 years of project management experience, as well as knowledge in managing media plans, issuing RFPs, and monitoring campaigns to maximize optimizations. She has worked on brands such as, Carvel, Cinnabon, Publix, and BMW. She holds a B.S. in business administration and marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
Emily Walsh, Project Manager
Walsh comes to Mower with several years of account and project management experience in SEO and marketing. At her former agency, Gilded Social, Walsh was instrumental in managing multiple clients and campaigns, and before that, she worked at Terakeet, where she created, developed, and executed on SEO strategy. She holds a B.S. in marketing from St. John Fisher College.
Steven K. Dwyer, Senior Project Coordinator
Dwyer joins Mower with over four years of project management experience. He previously worked at Luck Grove Telecom, Clinton Street Corporation, and Terakeet as a senior brand strategist. He holds a B.A. in communications from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
