Independent marketing, advertising and public relations agency Mower took home the gold award in seven categories at the ANA’s 45th annual Global B2 Awards celebration on July 30. Mower also achieved five silver and two bronze awards, bringing the agency’s total to 14 awards. The work for which the agency was recognized reflected multiple industries and leveraged a range of specialties, including demand generation, integrated marketing, recruitment marketing, digital marketing, social media, ROI/growth building, media planning, out-of-home advertising, omni-channel content programming, conference development, branding and promotions.
The ANA B2 awards recognize excellence in results-driving marketing and are considered the industry’s most prestigious awards dedicated solely to B2B marketing and communications. This year, the awards reflected the challenges of 2020 that spurred marketers to accelerate innovation and produce game-changing work to drive results and add purpose and value to the meaning of success.

Caring Gene, Caring is Your Calling
Mower’s campaign, Caring Gene®, Caring is Your Calling, for the Iroquois Healthcare Association achieved four gold, four silver and one bronze B2 award, making it the most recognized work of the awards program. The multimedia Caring Gene® campaign launched in summer 2019 to attract new candidates to job and training opportunities in New York’s long-term care industry. It was already netting measurable results when the arrival of COVID-19 in 2020 brought new urgency to the effort. Mower’s quick pivot to a second phase, Caring Is Your Calling, in response to the pandemic earned the campaign these nine B2 awards.
B2 category wins for Caring is Your Calling include gold for Demand Generation: Small/Medium Business, Integrated Marketing Program: Small to Midsize Business, Recruitment Marketing and Social Media; silver for Digital Marketing Tools and Programs, Media Plan, Out-Of-Home Advertising, and ROI/Growth; and bronze for Omni-Channel Content Program.
Put the U Back in Syracuse
Mower partnered with the Downtown Committee of Syracuse to help bring visitors back in the wake of COVID-19 with an integrated campaign, Put the U Back in Syracuse. The campaign earned one gold B2 for Omni-Channel Content Program and one silver for Out-Of-Home Advertising.
Bring Your Work to Kids Day
When COVID-19 lockdowns shuttered offices and school buildings across the U.S., Mower flipped a national tradition on its head to help its employees navigate the challenges of working while parenting from home: Bring Your Kids to Work Day. The campaign was honored with two B2 awards—gold for Employer Branding and bronze for Agency Promotion.

A provocative integrated campaign by Mower to help global technology leader ABB launch a new methodology, Adaptive Execution™, earned a gold B2 in the Trade Show or Conference Category.
