Osborn Barr (O+B | P) has hired/promoted a number of team members:

Cassie Erdmier – Associate Director: Cassie has been promoted from supervisor to associate director at the Nashville office of O+B | P. In her new role, Erdmier will lead the media team in creating strategic campaigns by integrating consumer insights and market trends to drive desired results.

Susan Hokanson – Supervisor: Susan has been promoted from manager to supervisor at the St. Louis office of O+B | P. In her new position, Hokanson will have an elevated role in the agency’s work for some of its largest client accounts. She will also manage and mentor junior team members on these accounts. Hokanson is constantly implementing new strategies for clients to achieve their media goals.

Rebecca Brown – Media Operations Manager: Rebecca has been promoted from digital media project manager to media operations manager at the Nashville office of O+B | P. In this position, Brown will work with agency teams to support email marketing campaigns and oversee all digital advertising traffic within their advertising software. Brown will continue to play an influential role in the media operations department of O+B | P.

Grayce Ries – Supervisor: Grayce has been promoted from manager to supervisor at the St. Louis office of O+B | P. In her new position, Ries will manage two of the agency’s largest client accounts while continuing her role in creating innovative campaigns and forming new partnerships for clients.

Lisa Gropler – Media Associate: Lisa joins the St. Louis office of O+B | P as a media associate. In this position, Gropler will oversee all tactical objectives. Prior to O+B | P, Gropler was a leading sales consultant for Estée Lauder.

Mariah Martin – Associate: Mariah is making the transition from intern to full-time employee as an associate at the St. Louis office of O+B | P. In her role, Martin will work closely with the account team for one of the agency’s largest clients. Prior to her role as an O+B | P intern, Martin completed an internship with Filament Marketing.

Sarah McCauley – Account Manager: Sarah joins the Nashville office of O+B | P as an account manager. In her position, McCauley will handle the day-to-day execution of projects to ensure success, while working with all disciplines throughout the agency to deliver creative solutions. Most recently, McCauley was an account coordinator at Mossy Creative in Venice, Ca.

Tolen Oliver – Associate Copywriter: Tolen has joined the St. Louis office of O+B I P as an associate copywriter and was previously a summer copywriting intern with the agency. Oliver will support the team on an array of content development across multiple communication mediums that align with client’s plans. Oliver is a graduate from the Journalism School at the University of Missouri, Columbia where he received his bachelor’s degree in strategic communications.

Kyndall Smith – Associate Art Director: Kyndall is making the move from intern to full-time employee as an associate art director at the St. Louis office of O+B | P. Smith will assist the account team with executing creative design projects and ongoing deliverables for clients. Smith is a recent graduate of Full Sail University where he received his bachelor’s degree in visual & performing art.

Alena Colborn – Media Manager: Alena joins the Nashville office of O+B | P as media manager. Colborn will be responsible for managing clients’ media buys. Prior to O+B | P, Colborn served as marketing coordinator for Vanderbilt University, and her experience includes digital media management, social media strategy, graphic design and more.

Katie Burns – Media Manager: Katie joins the St. Louis office of O+B | P as media manager. With a strong background in agriculture communications, Burns will work closely with the media buying team to develop custom strategic plans for clients. Previously, Burns served as the communications specialist for the Illinois FFA Association.

Amy Meier – Supervisor: Amy joins the O+B | P St. Louis office as a supervisor for one of the agency’s largest accounts. With more than 12 years’ experience in marketing and advertising, Meier will oversee all aspects of the client account work, while mentoring junior team members within the agency. Most recently, Meier was the advertising manager at Lumière Place Casino & Hotels in St. Louis.

Candace Rosen – Media Relations Manager: Candace joins the St. Louis office of O+B | P as media relations manager. Having grown up on a fourth-generation farm, Rosen will channel her agriculture experience in her new role of managing media relations for one of the firm’s largest client accounts. Prior to joining O+B | P, Rosen served as a legislative assistant and agriculture policy analyst in the Missouri Senate.

Greta Bierbaum – Director: Greta has been promoted from associate director to director at O+B | P’s St. Louis office. In her new role, Bierbaum will serve as a primary contractor for O+B | P, while overseeing workflow and budget implementation.

Tamara Phillips – Account Supervisor: Tamara joins the Nashville office of O+B | P as an account supervisor. In this role, Phillips will not only oversee team members on client projects, but she will also lead various campaign efforts for O+B | P’s client roster, including strategy, production and measurement. Before joining O+B | P, Phillips most previously worked for a PR startup company, helping them pioneer their sales funnel to successfully source, curate and sign a well-balanced roster.

Anne Marie Connelly– Account Manager: Anne Marie has been named an account manager at O+B | P’s St. Louis office. As account manager, Connelly will execute the day-to-day projects to reach success. Her past experience includes caring for the world-renowned Budweiser Clydesdales and leading marketing and creative teams in e-commerce and digital engagement strategies in the promotional products industry.

Erin Boedeker-Loesing – Supervisor: Erin has been promoted from manager to supervisor. In her new role, she will continue leading and overseeing O+B | P’s internal PR, events team, content and social marketing efforts, while also working alongside the leadership team to ensure the continuity and image of O+B | P branding.
