PAN Communications celebrates Jenny Radloff’s 10-year anniversary with VP appointment

by | Jan 18, 2021

PAN Communications, an integrated marketing and PR agency for B2B tech and healthcare brands, announced the promotion of Jenny Radloff to Vice President. Radloff kickstarted her post-graduate career with PAN in 2010 and quickly found a home within the walls of the agency. Her experience in technology PR, unmatched client relations skills and passion for mentorship have culminated in a well-deserved position among the agency leadership team.

Radloff began her career at PAN Communications as a Junior Associate, where she built a foundation of PR and client relations best practices that have since become a hallmark to her approach. As the industry evolved, so too have Radloff’s skills to help PAN achieve best-in-class results for clients across earned, owned and social channels. She has a strong aptitude for leveraging analytics and data to help amplify the right story for her clients.

“Jenny has been an anchor for us in our agency-client relationship,” said Indrani Ray-Ghosal, Vice President of Communications & Brand, Info-Tech Research Group. “I have managed several agencies in my career and while I have met and dealt with many talented individuals, Jenny stands apart in her ability to understand exactly what the client needs based on their specific business objectives and where they are in their growth journey. Jenny ensures she is staying on top of our changing business strategies and proactively reaches out to determine alignment. As a result, there has not been a single month that has caught me by surprise in terms of results and expectations.”

Throughout her career, Radloff has participated in many PAN initiatives. She is currently a member of the DEI leadership team, while also hosting internal trainings on media relations and client strategy. Most recently, she played a key role developing PAN’s Issues Response Team, a group sharing external communications guidance with staff, as the agency counseled clients on sensitive topics such as COVID-19, DEI and the election, among others.

As a longstanding member of the agency, Radloff is a powerful advocate for attracting and retaining business. At the same time, she has made a lasting impact on the colleagues she has mentored, the clients she has counseled and those who have supported her as she climbed the ranks of PAN. She has been recognized by PR News twice – in 2015 as a “Rising Star 30 & Under” and again in 2019 as a finalist for “Director or Supervisor of the Year.”

“Jenny is the epitome of leading by example. She doesn’t just anticipate client needs or react to what’s in front of her; she takes her breadth and depth of industry knowledge and strategizes on how to move the needle for a company,” said Nikki Festa, Senior Vice President, PAN Communications. “Her personality is infectious, and her tenacity is admirable. We couldn’t be more honored to have Jenny join our leadership team as we continue to foster breakthrough thinking inside our programs and provide innovative services for our clients.”

In her transition to Vice President, Radloff will play a larger role in PAN’s dedicated mentorship program. Additional employees will join her dedicated team, ranging from Intern to Director levels, all seeking career advice and advancement.

“It’s an understatement to say that PAN has been a great place to develop my career,” said Radloff. “I’ve had the opportunity to partner with a diverse range of clients – from emerging growth brands to publicly-traded companies across various industry segments and geographies. I’ve also learned from the exceptional leaders we have on our team by watching them in action, through ongoing training sessions, as well as our dedicated career coach model. As a bonus, I’ve made life-long connections at the agency, some of whom I count among my closest friends. I look forward to continuing to grow with PAN, and eventually attending a Thursday evening ‘PAN Pub’ in person again.”
