PAN Communications Elevates Adam Novak and Emily Holt to Technology Vice Presidents

by | Mar 5, 2020

PAN Communications, an integrated marketing and PR agency for B2B brands, is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Novak and Emily Holt to vice president roles within the firm. Both promotions are a result of exemplary client success and unparalleled dedication to developing the next generation of PR professionals as mentors and leaders at the firm. Both Novak and Holt have navigated and experienced nearly every role at PAN, demonstrating the depth of career development and support for growth over their twelve-year careers.

Holt’s journey began with PAN when she was fresh out of college as an account coordinator. She quickly found her footing in client relations, becoming an extension of her clients’ teams and building a technology portfolio spanning industries that focus on data, analytics and customer experience solutions. With a passion for both client relations and training and development, PAN supported her taking on a vital role in helping to foster employee growth via the “PAN University” program. Holt’s passion for people was paramount in the management team’s decision to take her career to the next level.

“For me, people and passion are the keys to success, and this is what continues to excite me about my work at PAN. After 10-plus years, I am constantly learning from the talent that walks through our doors, and I’m equally inspired by the ability to share my experiences through our dedicated career development programs,” said Holt. “I’m proud to be part of an agency like PAN that remains customer-centric, without losing sight of an environment that fosters growth and balance for its employees. It’s motivating to tackle a new role on PAN’s leadership team, and I’m looking forward to continuing to push boundaries in client relations and employee development.”

Also beginning his tech PR career as an account coordinator at PAN, Novak has excelled in every task, campaign or role that he’s been given at the agency. A key leader on one of the firm’s largest programs, SAP, Novak serves as a strategic liaison across companywide communications efforts. Novak has also been the right-hand man to President & CEO Philip Nardone in supporting the agency’s involvement with the public relations undergraduate program at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Novak helped develop Newhouse’s PAN Portal program for graduating seniors and has mentored hundreds of students as they prepare to enter the modern world of PR.

“It has been incredible to watch PAN grow in sophistication over the years. Every time I’ve hit a new stage in my career, PAN supports and aligns with my professional aspirations,” said Novak. “Every role I’ve taken on has felt challenging and rewarding, and I have gained a wide variety of experiences that have taught me an enormous amount under the supportive, family-oriented culture that makes PAN special.”

When asked about the decision to promote Novak and Holt, Nardone cited their affinity for PR and passion for people management as primary reasons for welcoming the pair onto PAN’s leadership team.

“Watching Emily and Adam transition from budding PR professionals to strategic, dependable individuals has been a joy, to say the least,” said Nardone. “The two epitomize what it means to build and grow your career at an agency and have become incredible role models to teams across our firm. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for everything they have contributed to PAN over the past dozen years and cannot wait to watch them flourish in their new roles.”
