Peak Appoints The PHA Group as UK PR Agency

by | Jan 30, 2020

The PHA Group announced its appointment by the no. 1 brain training app, Peak, to help drive awareness by managing its UK communications strategy.

One of London’s leading PR agencies, The PHA Group, has been tasked with raising awareness of Peak’s unique range of scientifically-backed games designed to develop brain activity.

The PHA Group was appointed after they impressed the brand with their unique credentials spanning both consumer technology and lifestyle, as well as their profiling experience, high-level journalist contacts and vast experience working with global brands.

The agency will also be building the profile of key spokespeople at Peak to position them as experts on the topic of brain training.

The company was founded in 2013 by four entrepreneurs and grew quickly. Five years after it launched, Peak has regularly been featured by both Apple and Google as a leading example of mobile technology and the app has been downloaded more than 50 million times across the globe.

Peak partners with accredited academic institutions including Cambridge University and University College London, not only to develop its games, but to provide the app as a free research platform to help scholars understand the impact of cognitive training.

Tom Williams, Director of Brand and Strategy at Peak, said:“We are very excited to have The PHA Group on board to help share the Peak mission with the UK. The agency impressed us with their credentials and we are confident they will be able to help us achieve our goals for this year”.

Ben Cossor, Head of Technology at The PHA Group, commented: “We are thrilled to be working with Peak. The brand’s mission to make lifelong progress enjoyable and boost wellbeing is commendable and, with the company having already received strong recognition, we’re looking forward to playing our part in continuing to spread their message throughout the country.”
