Pendry West Hollywood announced the appointment of Karen Dailey as director of sales and marketing of Pendry West Hollywood, debuting on the iconic Sunset Strip in Spring 2020.
As director of sales and marketing, Dailey will oversee the entire sales team of the luxury hotel developed in partnership with AECOM Capital and Combined Properties. In addition to managing the sales and marketing team, she is responsible for achieving revenue goals, strategizing sales efforts to drive room, banquets and catering revenue, maintaining brand awareness and more, alongside General Manager, David Hoffman.
Located at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Olive Drive, Pendry West Hollywood will consist of 149 guestrooms and will feature multiple food and beverage outlets by renown Chef Wolfgang Puck; a rooftop pool and bar; a multi-purpose live entertainment venue; screening room; bowling alley; Spa Pendry and state-of-the-art fitness center, as well as a curated art collection.

Most recently, Dailey held the position of director of sales & marketing for Sydell Group at LINE LA. With more than 18 years of industry experience throughout Los Angeles, Dailey is a local hospitality veteran, having held positions as director of sales & marketing for Viceroy Santa Monica; sales manager for W Hollywood Hotel & Residences; associate director of sales for Thompson Beverly Hills; group sales manager for W Los Angeles; and group sales manager for St. Regis Los Angeles & Westin Century Plaza. She also has experience in sales and marketing at W San Franciscoand W Chicago.
