PRecious Communications Strengthens Integrated Capabilities, Drives Momentum with New Consumer Client Wins for PRecious Life Practice

by | Aug 18, 2021

PRecious Communications, a multi-award-winning integrated communications agency combining traditional and digital capabilities, has announced a slew of new consumer client wins on the back of continuous efforts to expand its integrated and social team during its ninth year anniversary.

Growing beyond traditional PR, the agency has formed an integrated arm that offers social media consulting to production capabilities. Such a move complements the agency’s overall push to drive more integrated campaigns across its B2B and B2C practices, with new services such as social media content strategy, content marketing, and community management.

“We are excited to expand our client partnerships as we strengthen our consumer PR expertise across diverse sectors. At the same time, we are developing our capabilities in integrated communications – including content marketing, social media management, and lead generation, as we navigate a new normal defined by heightened online engagement,” said Lars Voedisch, Managing Director, PRecious Communications. “We are constantly evolving, expanding our offerings and services with the view to support different brands’ business momentum and growth strategy in the new normal through impactful and engaging storytelling.”

As part of its efforts to strengthen integrated capabilities, PRecious Communications has been aggressively hiring and developing talents across the social media and content production remit within its integrated team. Helmed by Robin Chang, Vice President, Brand Communications and Strategy, the newly formed integrated team works closely with PRecious Life’s dedicated PR accounts team to deliver a series of integrated communication solutions to prospects and clients that drive their business growth.

“Brand communications is no longer the same as it had been years ago. The media landscape is changing at breakneck speed – so communications teams need to be more creative, innovative and agile in strategising campaigns if they want their messages to rise above the noise. Our continuous thrust to evolve and strengthen capabilities in our PR, integrated and social teams reflects our commitment to deliver only the best customised communications solutions to clients in the new normal,” said Robin. “We are extremely grateful to our current clients and prospects who trust us to run creative integrated communications campaigns in this stage of new communications evolution.”

PRecious Life’s integrated team is currently working with real estate developer Guocoland Singapore, serving as a consultant for GuocoLand Residential’s overarching social media strategy and community engagement initiatives. Tiger Brokers, a NASDAQ-listed online broker, which initially engaged PRecious Communications for the launch of its one-stop mobile trading application in Singapore, has recently expanded the scope of its engagement – moving on from project-based to retainer agreement for PR and social media management. Ziptrak, the leading global manufacturer of track-guided blinds officially distributed by Durablinds Trading in SIngapore and Malaysia, has likewise expanded its scope from traditional PR to social media remit.

“We first worked with PRecious Communications as we sought to grow our corporate, financial and investor relations strategy in line with the launch of Tiger Trade App in Singapore. Our company has grown tremendously over the last year, and we are looking forward to further building on this growth momentum through our enhanced synergy with PRecious, as we expand the scope of our partnership and drum up our social media and community engagement,” said Yina Lim, Head of Marketing, Tiger Brokers Singapore.

Besides the integrated wins, the recent consumer PR account wins handled by PRecious Communications’ consumer practice, PRecious Life, include Singapore-based hospitality company Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts; Nippon Paint, one of Asia’s leading coatings manufacturers; Traveloka, Southeast Asia’s leading lifestyle superApp; and Poh Heng Jewellery, Singapore’s leading gold jeweler.

“PRecious has demonstrated a sound understanding of our company’s goals and challenges as we move into the new normal. The agency’s strategic and creative approach, along with industry insights across our Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands, melds with our vision, and we are excited to work closely with PRecious to bring these ideas to life,” said  Cinn Tan, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.

In the past 12 months, PRecious Life has been seeing close to 40% revenue growth – along with the consistent onboarding of new accounts. PRecious has recently capped off a project with global on-demand streaming platform LIVENow for EURO 2020, and has also started working with Mdada.live, the largest livestream commerce company in Singapore.
