Agency Leader to Advance Collaboration and Growth Across North, Latin, and South America
NEW YORK / BRUSSELS, May 6, 2025 – The Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) announced today the appointment of Natalie Ghidotti, APR, as Regional Vice President for The Americas. Natalie Ghidotti, who is the founder and principal of Ghidotti, a public relations and content marketing agency based in Arkansas, will succeed Sean Dowdall, who has held the position since November 2023.
In this new capacity, she will lead PRGN’s initiatives across North, Latin, and South America, with a focus on facilitating knowledge sharing, driving business development, and supporting member recruitment. Her appointment underscores PRGN’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its leadership with experienced professionals who reflect the diversity and dynamism of the communications industry.
“As we look to the future, I truly believe Natalie’s nomination reflects the spirit of a new generation within PRGN. Her appointment would not only bring fresh energy to our Executive Committee but also support our continued effort to reflect the rich variety of our network on the board,” said Natacha Clarac, PRGN President, and general manager of Athenora Consulting in Brussels.
Natalie Ghidotti brings deep expertise to her new role, having established her agency in 2007 and developed it into a respected partner for prominent brands in the Southern region. Along with running the agency, Natalie is actively involved in the Public Relations Society of America, serving as Chairman of PRSA’s Counselors Academy, a special section for agency owners and leaders. Prior to her public relations career, she was a journalist for 11 years, working as a reporter and editor for The Business Press in Fort Worth, Texas, and Arkansas Business Publishing Group in Little Rock, Arkansas.
“I am deeply honored to serve the network in this capacity and contribute to PRGN’s continued success across The Americas,” Natalie Ghidotti said. “The communications landscape is evolving rapidly, and I’m excited about the opportunities to leverage our collective expertise and deliver exceptional value to clients throughout the region.
This appointment follows a series of key leadership changes within PRGN, including recent appointments of Shawn Jiang Xiaofeng as Regional Vice President for Asia-Pacific in December 2024 and Marisa Toro as Regional Vice President for EMEA in April 2025. These changes reflect PRGN’s commitment to global representation and regional leadership within its executive committee.
Sean Dowdall, the outgoing Regional Vice President for The Americas, will continue as President of Landis Communication Inc. (LCI) in San Francisco. Sean Dowdall, who brings 28 years of experience in financial services marketing, sales, and public relations, has contributed significantly to PRGN, including serving as Treasurer from 2016 to 2019.
As part of PRGN’s ongoing service and market development, the global network recently announced a strategic alliance with Précis AI to add AI innovation to PR services, added Franco in Michigan as its newest member agency and unveiled results of its global survey on the key drivers of brand influence.
