by | Aug 14, 2019

Rightpoint has announced the addition of a senior executive to its team, Bryan Van Dyke. Bryan is joining the company as EVP of Delivery. He is going to immediately add leadership in a number of areas across the business including:

  • Leading the Delivery Organization.
  • Partnering closely with Jobin Ephrem, EVP, Executive Director to continue to infuse Account Management and an account focus into Rightpoint.
  • Working with various teams that interface with Delivery (e.g., People Potential, Finance) to help think through process improvements and help with implementation into the Delivery organization across the organization.
  • Partnering with the Staffing team to evaluate the Staffing process and implement changes that make the process more efficient at the local and national levels.

Effective immediately, all Business Units (i.e., Experience, Technology, PMO, Digital Operations) will report into Bryan—an important strategic step as they continue to scale business to best serve clients, unify teams, and execute on their vision of the Agency of the Future. Having Bryan in this role will allow Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Brad Schneider to spend more time partnering with Co-Founder and Co-CEO Ross Freedman and other executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Bryan was in the Chicago office of Razorfish for eleven years, where he ran Account Management for ten years and was the Managing Director for his last 3 years. While there, he helped grow the office substantially and also selected to be part of the company’s initial Woman’s mentorship program to help increase diversity in their leadership team.
