Security Traders Association Names Forefront Communications Agency of Record

by | Apr 4, 2018

The Security Traders Association (STA) announced that it has retained Forefront Communications Group, a boutique marketing and PR firm focused on the capital markets and institutional fintech, to deliver a variety of services, including media relations, messaging and strategic communications.

“The topics on which we seek to have a voice are almost always complicated, generally involving complex regulatory and market structure concepts that require a significant amount of background knowledge to comprehend,” said Jim Toes, STA President and CEO. “Forefront has built a talented team comprised of experienced communications professionals with deep market knowledge, and we’re excited to begin working with them to tell our story.”

Since launching in early 2016, Forefront has grown to become one of the most respected marketing and PR firms servicing the capital markets. The company currently represents over a dozen industry-leading market participants including Confluence Technologies, Dash Financial Technologies, Hyannis Port Research, LiquidityBook, Luminex Trading & Analytics, Thasos Group, TORA, Visible Alpha and the UTP/CTA Plans.

“Over the last 85 years, the STA has built a long and distinguished track record of educating and advocating for securities industry professionals across North America,” said Mark Dowd, Managing Partner at Forefront Communications. “The STA has rightfully become one of the most prestigious trade organizations in the capital markets, and we are very proud to have been selected by them as their agency of record.”
