Award winning production agency Shoot the Company has announced five key new hires to maintain strong expansion on key accounts across the business.
The team has welcomed Karl Inglis Production Coordinator, Roz Gilman Production Manager, Simone Stewart Assistant Producer and Ben Jones and Leisha Coutinho as Producers.

Karl Inglis joins Shoot the Company as an experienced Production Coordinator having worked in drama, feature film and documentaries. Karl has gathered a wide range of skills coordinating both domestic and international shoots with his career at the BBC working with the likes of The One Show and Top Gear.
Roz Gilman is a Production Manager specialising in both short and long form content at Shoot the Company – her role will see her working for a wide range of clients including FIFA, UEFA and McDonald’s.
Ben Jones joins Shoot the Company as a producer with a wealth of experience across all formats. His knowledge of sport has seen him work with brands such as UEFA, FIFA, Manchester United and Lewis Hamilton.
Simone Stewart is an award-winning, multi-skilled digital video journalist who joins Shoot the Company as an Assistant Producer, bringing creativity and experience from years working with the BBC and BBC Sport.
Leisha Coutinho has begun her role as Producer at Shoot the Company following a broad background in broadcasting and content production, having worked directly for Red Bull and the European Championships.
