London, Monday 8th September 2025 — Specialist sport PR and comms agency Soapbox, is delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Apostolos as Senior Account Director, joining the agency from The PHA Group. The strategic hire reflects Soapbox’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening its offering for sports rights holders across the UK and international markets.

With over a decade of experience in sports communications and consultancy, Apostolos brings a wealth of expertise in working with rights holders, governing bodies, and leading sports organisations. At The PHA Group, he played a key role in delivering high-impact campaigns for major clients across the sporting landscape, including the likes of UFC, Bellator MMA, Red Bull, British Rowing as well as Premier League and WSL clubs.
At Soapbox, Apostolos will strengthen the team’s best-in-class media relations as well as work with the agency’s senior team to expand the agency’s roster of rights holder clients across sport, culture, and entertainment.
