Col-Met, the leading steel manufacturer for landscape edging and retail signage solutions in the U.S. has selected Spire Agency, a Dallas-based B2B branding agency, to lead its brand refresh after more than 60 years of business. In an effort to continue to grow the business within national distributors, top U.S. big box DIY retailers and further expand the brand internationally, Spire Agency has been tasked with repositioning the company and elevating the overall brand.

“Through three generations, the Collier family has built a very strong business with some of the best industry relationships and we believe it’s past time our brand matches the quality of our products and our next-level service,” states Clay Collier, president and CEO, Col-Met. “We are excited to partner with Spire Agency as we embark on this next chapter of our company and prepare for many more decades of growth by elevating our brand.”

Spire Agency is working with Col-Met on developing a new brand foundation that will elevate all existing brand assets, including the logo, messaging and positioning, website, retail displays and much more.

“Col-Met is an exciting company with a rich history in the manufacturing space here in DFW. We are thrilled that they have chosen Spire Agency to elevate the brand and help grow the company to the next level,” says David Richardson, vice president of account services, Spire Agency.

Jessa Lewis, director of Marketing and Communications at Col-Met mentioned, “Spire Agency has taken what was already an exciting process – a total brand refresh – and elevated it. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Spire Agency to this point and we look forward to the rest of the process as well as a lasting relationship between Colmet and the agency.”

The brand foundation work is expected to be finished and launched later this year.
