Temple Univ. PRSSA Partners with Mighty Writers as Charitable Beneficiary for Upcoming Conference

by | Feb 6, 2019

Temple University’s chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is partnering with Mighty Writers as the charitable beneficiary for their upcoming regional conference, “Being A Full Service PRo” on March 22 and 23 in celebration of the chapter’s 50th anniversary.

The chapter will be collecting items during the two days to benefit students enrolled in Mighty Writers’ programs. Attendees of the conference will be encouraged to bring reading books for ages 5-18 with them to the conference. Monetary donations will also be accepted during the conference and donated towards one of Mighty Writers’ many programs.

“We feel it is important to give back to the community and Philadelphia’s future writers as pre-professionals in the field of communications, so we are happy to partner with Mighty Writers,” says Brianna Greco, Conference Coordinator.

“We are so excited to partner with Temple PRSSA for the conference. We are grateful there are students and professionals who are willing to give back to our young writers and help them develop into future professionals,” says Rachel Loeper, Education Director at Mighty Writers.
