“Strong growth requires strong leaders, which is why we’re thrilled to announce this group of promotions,” said Bob Pearson, CEO of The Bliss Group. “We are building a team that will help us define our future.”

The Bliss Group now consists of 90 professionals across healthcare, technology, financial, and business and professional services.

“It has been incredible to witness the growth of these five talented professionals at Bliss,” stated Cortney Stapleton, Managing Partner at The Bliss Group. “The contributions of our Senior Leadership Team set us up to succeed, create an outstanding workplace culture and deliver world-class results.”

Senior Vice President Megan Tuck works with companies to target and talk to the market about their services and people, as well as their values and purpose. As leader of Bliss Impact, her team supported the launch of the first-ever company focused on measuring the impact of ESG investments and has worked with numerous established brands to dissect, determine and promote their values and purpose to relevant audiences. Tuck also serves on the board of Six Hundred & Rising, a non-profit advocating for Black voices to advance in advertising and public relations.

As Vice President, Meghan Powers will build the Bliss Workplace Specialty Group and is responsible for clients that sit at the intersection of employee experience and the evolving workplace. Leveraging her experience with benefits consultants, HR administrators and insurers, Powers leads integrated external communications programs impacting the workplaces of today and tomorrow. She also works with clients to build programs that communicate to and effectively engage employees internally. With expertise managing communications for large, complex organizations, Powers creates programs that drive brand awareness, corporate reputation and employee recruitment and retention. She has managed cross-channel executive thought leadership strategies for C-suite of Fortune 50 companies and is committed to building impactful, results-driven approaches with her client partners.

Meghan Busch, a Vice President in the Financial Services Practice, ensures the delivery of high-quality results that drive top-line growth for long-time clients. Busch specializes in the wealth management, retirement, insurance, investment banking and private equity industries. Her extensive program design, survey creation and deep media expertise serves to create powerful thought leadership content that elevates the profiles of executives and C-suite leadership and secures influential top-tier and trade placements that increase brand awareness among her clients’ targeted audience.

Marisha Chinsky has been appointed a Vice President and is a Media Relations Specialist, where she drives media relations strategy and execution for clients. She has nearly 25 years of experience generating press coverage in top-tier news outlets and trade publications.
