The Motion Agency shares news about two new hires at Chicago’s largest, female-owned marketing agency. Motion, newly minted on the 2021 Inc. “Fastest Growing Companies in America” list, is adding staff to meet client needs and continue the agency mission.
Elizabeth (Beth) Kennedy is joining Motion as the Executive Vice President of Strategy for the agency. For 20+ years, Beth has served in marketing, advertising and omnichannel roles at agencies including DDB and FCB. A highly experienced strategy executive, Beth has a proven track record of supporting business growth across many categories, including CPG, retail, personal care and healthcare.
Matthew Kowal will also be joining the strategy team as the Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Motion. Matthew is an agency vet with over 13 years of experience, starting as a copywriter and transitioning into strategy. He has spent time at TracyLocke, Havas, Ogilvy and Digitas.
Combined, the team of Matt and Beth, will redefine strategy at the agency, enhance brand stories and provide a focused approach to clients and new business leads.
