The PHA Group Announces Participants for Their New York Exchange Program

by | Nov 25, 2019

The PHA Group, a London based multi-award-winning communications agency, has chosen the recipients of its New York Winter Exchange Program with 5W Public Relations, one of the 10 largest independently owned PR firms in the US.

Following the huge success of the inaugural Spring Exchange earlier in the year, the Winter program will once again offer a unique opportunity for employees of both PHA and 5W to work in an international PR office; observing how PR campaigns are activated, client and journalist relationships are built and new business is won on both sides of the pond.

“Our relationship with 5W has grown even stronger in the past 12 months, with several shared clients and extensive knowledge sharing thanks to the strong bonds developed during the first successful exchange scheme earlier in the year,” said PHA Divisional MD, Shelley Frosdick. “After the challenging task of narrowing down the finalists, we have chosen the four PHA members who will travel to New York for the 2019 Winter Exchange.”

The Exchange Program provides four employees from PHA with the opportunity to spend a week in New York, with four of those days to be based in the 5W offices, located a stone’s throw away from Grand Central Station. The remainder of the trip will give the PHA employees a chance to explore the magic of New York this winter.

The partnership between PHA and 5W has grown significantly over the past two years, and the Exchange Program extends this even further, giving those who work at both agencies an incredible opportunity to experience life in an overseas PR agency.

PHA has been nominated as one of the Best Places to Work in 2019 at the Agency Business Awards, in association with The Drum.
