((BOUNCE)), the mini trampoline fitness class, has appointed leading PR agency The PHA Group with a brief that spans CEO and founder profiling, B2B press support for its rapidly-scaling franchise network, and raising international brand awareness.
The PHA Group’s Entrepreneurs and Business division will be raising awareness of ((BOUNCE))’s 300+ franchises as the company continues to grow, as well as running a personal PR campaign to highlight founder Kimberlee Perry’s views on entrepreneurship, franchising, and her business success story.
Kimberlee started ((BOUNCE)) in 2014 with eight second-hand trampolines and just £200. It now has franchisees in the UK, New Zealand and Australia – with 40,000 Brits bouncing every month. Shocked by the exclusive and often prohibitive fitness landscape in the UK, Kimberlee pioneered the child-friendly class model to ensure exercise is as sociable, friendly and fun as possible.
Commenting on the appointment, Perry says: “From the start it was clear that The PHA Group’s Entrepreneurs and Business team really understood our franchise business model, our vision for 2020, and how to engage our stakeholders while never losing sight of ((BOUNCE))’s sense of fun. There is a great cultural fit between the teams.
“The corporate and brand communications strategy has already led to a sweep of opportunities in the franchising magazines I sought inspiration from when I started my business five years ago, as well as national and lifestyle profiles that our 300-strong network of franchisees are proud to be a part of.”
Mimi Brown, Head of Entrepreneurs and Business at The PHA Group comments: “2020 is a pivotal time for Kimberlee and the ((BOUNCE)) team, and we’re working to profile their views across national, regional and trade media.
“This is a team doing something truly disruptive in the UK fitness landscape, and we look forward to raising awareness of this ambitious business’ strategy, ethos and incredible people, as it prepares to launch in new global markets.”
