The S3 Agency, an award-winning full-service marketing agency that helps elevate and amplify brands such as BMW of North America, Wyndham Worldwide, Eight O’Clock Coffee, and Tetley Tea, announced the hiring of Philip S. Brojan as President. Brojan will be responsible for leading the agency’s operations and aggressive growth plans—including cultivating a pipeline of talent, increasing new business opportunities, and making strategic acquisitions that increase the agency’s capabilities and industry footprint.
Brojan worked with The S3 Agency as a client for more than 10 years at Wyndham Destinations (formerly Wyndham Worldwide), where he served as Senior Vice President, Global Marketing. In his role, which focused on the RCI brand and all related timeshare exchange and leisure travel brands, Brojan transformed the company’s global marketing strategy by broadening its marketing mix, modernizing its consumer data and analytics practice, and introducing significant digital and performance marketing innovations.
As President of The S3 Agency, Brojan’s success will combine his demonstrated expertise from both the client and agency sides of the CMO relationship. Prior to his global marketing role, Brojan held several additional senior-level marketing positions with Wyndham including Vice President, Online Marketing and Vice President, North America Member Marketing. Prior to his career in the travel and hospitality industry, Brojan was Vice President, Business Development for Wishoo, a promotional and experiential marketing agency based Indianapolis, IN.

As President of The S3 Agency, Brojan will be reporting directly to the agency’s co-founders, Denise Blasevick, CEO and Adam Schnitzler, CCO.
