The Toy Association taps Southard Communications for ‘Toy Fair Everywhere’

Southard Communications has been hired by The Toy Association as the public relations agency of record for Toy Fair Everywhere, the Association’s new series of virtual market weeks.

“We are excited to leverage Southard’s decades of experience and strong relationships within the toy community to together create new opportunities for industry exposure and deal-making,” said Kimberly Carcone, vice president of market events at The Toy Association.

As agency of record, Southard Communications has been tasked with helping The Toy Association lay the groundwork for Toy Fair Everywhere and with global promotion, including strategy and support of all virtual market week events.

From July 13 through 19, The Toy Association will launch the first of three virtual seven-day market weeks for 2020, connecting toy manufacturers to the global audience of toy buyers, media, and other key stakeholders ahead of the critical fourth quarter selling season. Two additional Toy Fair Everywhere market weeks will follow on August 17 to 23 and September 14 to 20.
