H+K wins the global cotton council
Cotton Council International (CCI) has established H+K as its global communications partner. Apart of the three-year brief, H+K will communicate the US cotton industry’s sustainability credentials and establish a new voluntary standard: the US Cotton Trust Protocol. The agency will combine data and analytics with behavioral science to help CCI identify and prioritize potential partners, with a creative communications strategy to encourage adoption and advocacy of the protocol.
Going ‘mane’ stream with hair-science
Dyson wanted to demonstrate how they applied their technology to an everyday product to elevate consumer experience, educate people on hair diversity and causes of hair damage. H+K UAE’s Technology team brought to life the Dyson Hair Masterclass – introducing the re-engineering Dyson Supersonic to handpicked lifestyle, beauty and consumer media influencers who could give advocacy and credibility to the product.
All Nippon Airways new business class cabins
All Nippon Airways (ANA) collaborated with famed Japanese architect Kengo Kuma and British designers Acumen to create new First Class ‘THE Suite’ and Business Class ‘THE Room’, debuting on the direct daily London – Tokyo route. In celebration of this, H+K UK’s Retail + Leisure team hosted the first kick-off event for the product launch, giving media hands-on experience with the new seats and the opportunity to listen in on an expert panel discussion about the ‘East Meets West’ design concept.

H+K was announced as a finalist for the Holmes Report’s Global PR Agencies of the Year 2019. Finalists are drawn from an exhaustive research process of more than 450 submissions and face-to-face meetings with the best PR firms globally.
Oue H+K Korea Synergy team was named North Asia’s Consultancy of the Year at the Holmes Report’s APAC SABRE Awards.
H+K U.S. has been named to PRNEWS’ 2019 Top Places to Work in PR list for the fifth year in a row. PR News recognizes the top agencies, companies and organizations that are changing the employer status quo and excelling at in-house and client PR work.
H+K Nigeria MD, Tokunboh George-Taylor, was appointed as the Secretary-General of the Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria; a trade sectorial group that works to uphold best practices.
H+K’s World Pancreatic Cancer Coalition team has been named a finalist for the PRSA Los Angeles PRism Awards in two categories – Global Communications and Events & Observances (Not-for-Profit).
H+K’s Promotions & New Hires
- Maria Kuzkina has been appointed CEO of PBN H+K. Maria started at the firm in 2003, rising through the ranks into serving as a trusted advisor to many of the firm’s largest and most important clients.
- Joelle Ziemian heads to H+K Dubai’s E+I practice as Senior Consultant. Joelle brings decades of public affairs and integrated comms experience in energy and natural resources as well as higher education and international development.
- Salah Bakri joins as Director of Content + Publishing in H+K Dubai. Salah’s background includes creative brand communications, content creation and production.
- Adam Flitton joins H+K UK as a behavioral scientist on the Smarter team. Adam specializes in designing and running interventions that change behavior. He is also an experienced data scientist trained in modelling and simulations.
