Thompson & Bender Adds Nikki D’Aleo as Senior Account Exec

by | Mar 1, 2018

Westchester-based Thompson & Bender announced the addition of Nikki D’Aleo as Senior Account Executive. D’Aleo will develop and execute public relations strategies for numerous Thompson & Bender clients, including New York-Presbyterian’s Westchester hospitals and Ginsburg Development Companies, the county’s premier residential developer.

D’Aleo joins Thompson & Bender from a Dutchess County boutique PR firm where she led strategic visibility programs for a diverse client roster, including Angry Orchard, Hudson Valley Restaurant Week and Gold’s Gym Dutchess County. Here she effectively managed the day-to-day needs of small- and large-sized organizations in a variety of spaces, such as food and beverage, hospitality and tourism, non-profit, health/wellness and law. As a marketing and communications consultant, D’Aleo managed internal and external communications for Vermont-based energy company HB Energy Solutions.

“Nikki D’Aleo is a talented writer and storyteller, who brings us added dimensions gained from her experiences both as a public relations professional and a teacher,” commented Geoff Thompson, a founding partner of the firm. “We place high-value on individuals with the diverse experience that Nikki brings to our agency and our clients and we are fortunate to have her join us.”

Prior to her public relations career, D’Aleo taught middle school English at Arlington Central School District in Lagrangeville. She penned the winning submission for the 2005 Marist College John P. Anderson Award for Playwriting.
