by | Apr 24, 2020

TrapX Security, the global leader in cyber deception technology, has appointed Red Lorry Yellow Lorry, a B2B technology PR and integrated marketing agency, as its PR agency of record following a competitive trial phase. The lorries will act as TrapX’s strategic communication partner, implementing a targeted media relations and content campaign and positioning TrapX leadership as experts in cybersecurity.

Run out of the lorries’ Boston office, the PR program will focus on raising awareness of TrapX’s innovative solutions among security and IT professionals, CISOs and cybersecurity researchers. Along with the creation of proactive pitch campaigns, the program will include relevant rapid response and news hijacking to further establish TrapX as thought leaders in cybersecurity. The lorries will use their experience and relationships in the B2B technology media landscape to showcase TrapX’s industry-leading technology that works to detect, deceive and defeat advanced cyberattacks in real time.

“The lorries’ success during our trial project made choosing them to lead our PR efforts in North America an easy decision,” said Ori Bach, CEO of TrapX Security. “With this program, we’re hoping to further establish TrapX’s presence in the U.S. media and build our profile as industry experts in threat detection and cybersecurity. The lorries’ proven track record supporting B2B technology companies and technical understanding of our industry is the perfect fit to help us achieve our goals.”

“Given the rise in increasingly sophisticated cyberthreats in recent years, it’s exciting to work with a company like TrapX that is on the frontlines of combatting this problem,” said Meredith L. Eaton, director of North America, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry. “With customers in industries ranging from finance to manufacturing, TrapX has a unique position in the market thanks to their ability to secure IT, IoT and cloud networks of any shape and size. We’re thrilled to help them shine a light on their market-leading solutions and bring their brand to the forefront of the industry.”

TrapX is the latest addition to the lorries’ well-established cybersecurity practice, building on the agency’s work with clients like OneSpan, LastPass, WatchGuard, Proficio, Allot Communications and Cato Networks.
