Verbalisation Completes Double Hire as Firm Targets Further Expansion

Strategic communications consultancy Verbalisation has made two new senior hires as it looks to further expand its client roster and maintain impressive recent growth.

Anthony Earley takes up the role of Commercial Director and will lead the client services team. Before joining Verbalisation, Anthony was a publisher at Redwood before becoming executive board director at Bounty UK Ltd.

Ailean Mills joins as Head of Strategy from her most recent role at BAMM ethnography insight. Previously she worked in consultancy at the Tavistock Clinic, insight research at Leo Burnett and headed up global planning for P&G.

Mills and Earley will focus on further diversifying Verbalisation’s stable of clients, which includes Jersey Finance, JTI, Thames Water, Guinness, the Times and the Financial Times.
