With its head office in Brazil, the agency closed its fiscal year with around 50 employees and is preparing to attract American companies seeking to build or strengthen their brand in the Latin American market.
Currently, international clients represent 60% of the Brazilian agency’s revenue. In 2022, Vianews won 12 new contracts with major brands such as Kyndryl, Trellix, Automation Anywhere, Skyworks, Discord and Schott.

Over the next two years, we will focus on innovation, consulting services, and investing in our people to support brands that invest in Latin America”, says Pedro Cadina, CEO and founder of Vianews.
To expand its participation in the international market, one of Vianews’ strategies is to further expand its network of global partners, which already include agencies such as Hotwire, PAN Communications and Hoffman Agency.
New brand positioning
In June 2022, Vianews announced its new brand positioning, with a new visual identity, logo redesign, new website and restructuring of its values and positioning in the communication and digital marketing sector.
Based on the slogan “Transform brands. Transform people,” Vianews also highlights employee focused and its non-negotiable values, such as inclusion, diversity, transparency, and the promotion of a collaborative environment.
“Given the growth of the agency, we need to focus on retention as well as new hires. For this reason, we restructured our recruitment, HR selection, people development processes while implementing initiatives such as internal awards with bonuses, engagement surveys, evaluation cycles and individual development plans,” explains Cadina.
Generating results and building loyalty for brands
Specializing in developing creative and innovative solutions in Public Relations and Digital Marketing for B2B and B2C companies, especially in the Technology, Telecom, Finance and Energy sectors, in 2022 Vianews expanded its customer base, gaining 30 new contracts with brands that are already part of its portfolio.
“We closed the four-year cycle of our Strategic Plan reaching our growth targets in Latin America. In addition to modernizing our management and productivity tools, we have also diversified our portfolio, including new services such as Speaking Opps, which works to identify and guarantee relevant speaking opportunities for executives. In 2023, we plan to continue growing at the same rate, with the certainty that Vianews is ready for new challenges and expansion”, concludes Cadina.
