Visual Lease, management and accounting software firm, engages Affect to spearhead public relations

by | Jun 12, 2020

Affect, a public relations agency specializing in technology, health care and professional services, has been selected by Visual Lease, a leading provider of lease accounting and management solutions, to drive its public relations efforts in North America.

Founded in 1996, Visual Lease provides lease accounting and lease administration solutions that help companies manage, analyze and report on their leased assets, including real estate, equipment and vehicles. Currently, Visual Lease works with more than 700 major organizations worldwide, including many Fortune 500 companies. Visual Lease tapped Affect to help drive industry awareness and demand for the company’s products and services. In addition, as a growing SaaS company in New Jersey, Visual Lease is concerned with building its reputation as a leading technology firm, attracting and retaining employees and strengthening ties with the local community.

“As our company continues to scale, one of our business goals was to build more brand awareness for Visual Lease,” said Marc Betesh, Esq., MCR.H, founder, chairman and CEO, Visual Lease. “Affect has proven results that they’ve delivered for its B2B technology clients across a wide range of trade, national and local media, which is why we selected them to lead our efforts and generate the type of awareness that we’re after in this highly competitive market. In the first few weeks working together, we’ve already had opportunities to share our expertise in business outlets and accounting industry trade publications including BloombergGlobe St., NASDAQAccountingWeb, and Housing Wire.”

Affect will set and execute a PR strategy for Visual Lease that will include, media relations, content development and thought leadership, including a speaking program, to help drive greater industry awareness of Visual Lease’s lease accounting and lease administration software. As the agency of record, Affect will be driving brand awareness of Visual Lease’s SaaS platform and will provide strategic PR counsel.

“We are excited to work with a company that has decades of experience providing its extensive roster of customers with valuable tools to help better manage their leased assets,” said Sandra Fathi, president of Affect. “Given the current market conditions and focus on commercial real estate impacts due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Visual Lease’s expertise on the topic is in demand by the media and business executives alike. The company is in a unique position to offer insights and market data in real-time on the state of the commercial real estate and equipment leasing industry while also providing invaluable guidance and services to its clients grappling with the changing regulatory environment and challenging business operations. We look forward to helping propel Visual Lease forward in this next phase of company growth.”
