Tech comms pro brings 15 years of experience helping emerging technologies earn the trust needed to scale
[Boston] — April 6, 2026 — Brooks Wallace has announced the launch of Wallace Group, a strategic communications consultancy purpose-built for companies at the frontier of tech, science and infrastructure. Founded by seasoned comms pro Brooks Wallace, the firm partners with companies where the stakes are high, the technology is complex, and trusted narratives are critical.
Wallace Group works with emerging technologies where innovation moves faster than public understanding. By translating complex technologies into credible, accessible narratives, the firm helps frontier brands build trust, attract capital, and accelerate adoption. From climate tech and AI to fintech and crypto, Wallace Group helps emerging companies punch above their weight and earn legitimacy.
“There’s an art to strategically communicating about new and novel technologies before they’ve hit mass appeal,” said Brooks Wallace, Wallace Group Founder. “Regulatory frameworks are still in development, the industry likely faces scrutiny, and widespread understanding and acceptance is still developing. Getting the narrative right at that critical juncture doesn’t just make or break organizations, it makes or breaks industries. That sweet spot is our specialty at Wallace Group.”
Wallace brings 15 years of communications experience to every engagement, with a track record spanning both agency and in-house roles at leading firms in San Francisco and Boston. She built the communications program at carbon removal startup Deep Sky from the ground up, crafting narratives that built credibility for Direct Air Capture technology in Canada and beyond. Previously, she served as Head of Communications at Blockchain.com, managing external and internal communications for the global crypto leader.
During her PR agency tenure, she proudly supported brands including Amazon, Bank of America, Boston Private Bank, Coinbase, Dunkin’, Formlabs, Google, Levi’s Data Science, Ovia Health, Rallypoint, Ripple, Zenefits, Vesper, and a long list of tech startups. Over the last decade, Wallace has been quoted in Blockworks, Washington Post, TechCrunch and countless PR trade publications. Ragan Communications named her Media Relations Pro of the Year, and PR News dubbed her a Rising Star. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the Boston and San Francisco chapters of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
As a solo practitioner, Wallace delivers senior-level experience directly to clients. Services include communications strategy, media relations, thought leadership, media training, crisis communications, and more.
