Just as its name suggests, Yes& is adding on, hiring top talent to expand its business across the mid-Atlantic region.
Yes&, a full-service marketing agency, is seeing the continuation of growth that landed the company on last year’s Inc. 5000. Today Yes& announced the hiring of three veteran marketing communications professionals:
- Christopher McAnany as vice president and general manager of Yes& Events
- Veronica Oleynik as vice president of account management, government
- Lisa Daniel as senior content strategist
McAnany brings expertise across all aspects of the events industry from planning and design to execution, both domestically and internationally. From full-service destination management to exhibits, conferences, and tradeshows, he has serviced a wide-range of industries and verticals including healthcare, technology, financial, and insurance. He is the former vice president of sales and operations for Kuoni Destination Management U.S.–East.
Oleynik is an integrated marketing expert who has developed and executed campaigns for public and private sector clients such as GAP, Lenovo, Wells Fargo, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Internal Revenue Service, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She formerly led Ogilvy’s Blue Cross Blue Shield Association account.
Daniel is a writer/editor who turns arcane information into compelling content for targeted audiences. She has provided strategic planning, messaging, digital content management, event programming, and media relations to clients throughout government and in the technology, defense, and healthcare industries. She is the former custom content director for 1105 Media.
Together, these three strategic hires bring a wealth of experience to the Yes& team, helping the company expand its focus, expertise, and overall capabilities in events, content development, and government agency support.
“I am proud that Chris, Veronica, and Lisa have chosen to join Yes&,” Yes& President and CEO Robert W. Sprague said. “They each combine deep experience with a desire to push boundaries and try new things—what we call ‘yes-ence’—and it is great to have them on board.”
