Nicole Rodrigues, CEO & Founder, NRPR Group
Nicole Rodrigues, founder and CEO of NRPR Group, is a public relations expert and digital marketing pro with 21+ years of experience. She is celebrated as a leader in her industry and is the winner of the Stevie Award for PR Executive of the Year 2021. In 2017, Nicole started her second venture, the Young Dreamers Foundation—her answer for the next generation in need of positive role models and the tools necessary to help them thrive. Nicole completed her MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, class of 2022.
Pragya Dubey, VP, Global Services, Agility PR Solutions
Pragya has around 20 years of industry experience in consulting and executing public relations, communications, and media measurement programs. She has worked with a range of clients representing Fortune 500 companies, federal, provincial, and municipal government divisions, and small to medium sized businesses. The key focus of her work was tracking companies’ communication activities to measure, and correlate and connect how these activities are impacting business objectives. Pragya’s approach includes educating and consulting, problem solving for clients, and creating solutions that are objective-based programs with defined success metrics.
Becky Carroll, President & CEO, C-Strategies
Becky Carroll has served as a top adviser to multiple public-sector executives at both Chicago’s City Hall and the Illinois Office of the Governor, while holding several leadership positions on local, state, and national political campaigns, including National Director of Women for Obama on the 2008 Obama for President Campaign, Advisor to both Governor JB Pritzker’s gubernatorial campaigns and Communications Advisor on the Governor-elect’s transition team. As Chair and President of Protect Illinois Communities, Becky played a leading role in the statewide campaign to help pass an assault weapons ban in Illinois. Considered one of Chicago’s top crisis, communications, and public affairs strategists, she has led public engagement and communications campaigns to develop and promote bold, new initiatives in education, healthcare, economic development, housing, pensions, and budget and finance issues.
