Epoch 5 Public Relations, a leading Long Island public relations firm, has hired Alessandra Napoli as Account Executive. Napoli brings her expertise in digital media and omnichannel marketing to the firm.  Katherine Heaviside, president of Epoch 5, made the announcement.

“We are pleased to welcome Alessandra to the Epoch 5 team,” said Heaviside. “The digital experience and media relationships she’s cultivated through her various positions in New York City and Long Island are well suited to the strategic marketing programs we craft for our clients.”

At Epoch 5, Napoli will play an integral role on the account services team, coordinating media outreach and press release distribution, drafting press materials and securing client coverage in print, broadcast and digital media. She will also manage Epoch 5’s social media platforms and other digital marketing initiatives.

Napoli comes to Epoch 5 from Crosstex, an infection prevention and control healthcare manufacturing company, where she was a Marketing Communications Specialist. In her previous role, she helped increase brand recognition by supporting the product management and sales teams to publicize products, initiatives and grow an online presence. Napoli was responsible for starting and growing the businesses’ social media platforms and digital marketing strategy by creating posts and email campaigns. Her efforts led to a substantial growth in likes, followers and engagement on all platforms.

Prior positions and experience include serving as an Account Executive at D. Pagan Communications, Account Coordinator at Cohn & Wolfe, and Public Relations Coordinator for NY Sportscene Children’s Foundation. Napoli received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, with a Minor in Business Administration, from St. John’s University in Queens.
