Andaz West Hollywood Names Diamond PR Agency of Record

by | Nov 7, 2017

Diamond Public Relations announced that it has been selected by Andaz West Hollywood to manage its North American public relations efforts on behalf of the hotel. With offices in both Los Angeles and Miami, the award-winning travel and tourism PR agency will service the property from its West Coast hub to execute a dynamic campaign that will drive widespread regional and national awareness.

Located on California’s Sunset Boulevard, within steps of some of LA’s most iconic sites, Andaz West Hollywood is a 239-room property set amongst the Hollywood Hills. The bustling energy of the city and the Sunset Strip permeates the hotel’s spacious lobby, gallery spaces, restaurant, bar, guest rooms and suites.

“We are looking forward to working with Diamond PR. Their bold approach to public relations and in-depth knowledge of not only Los Angeles, but also the hospitality industry make them the ideal partner to tell the Andaz West Hollywood story,” says Henning Nopper, General Manager.

“The Andaz West Hollywood is iconic, no property has a cooler Hollywood story to tell than this one. From its 1970’s rock n’roll persona, when it was known as the ‘Riot Hyatt’ because of the revolving door of musicians and celebrities that would pass through and their sometimes less than chill behavior, to setting the scene in movies such as Rockstar, This Is Spinal Tap, and Almost Famous.  And as all icons do, the property continues to evolve and maintain its allure,” said Jody Diamond, President of Diamond Public Relations. “The beauty of Andaz West Hollywood is that it caters to guests wanting to have that quintessential LA experience; a bit of cache, a little edge and unrivaled Hollywood history. There are so many stories to tell about this property the hardest thing will be figuring out where to start.”
