The company now has two distinct entities: CNC Agency, a creative experience agency, and Coffee ‘n Clothes, a consumer-facing coffee brand
Los Angeles, CA (Oct. 24, 2023) – Coffee ‘n Clothes, the viral coffee brand turned accidental experiential agency, today announced the official launch of CNC Agency.
This creative experience agency, born out of the Coffee ‘n Clothes legacy, will focus on delivering immersive brand experiences that blur the lines between the physical and digital worlds. The agency will introduce various verticals with its focus on the experiential and partnerships division, live events, branded merchandise and more. Coffee ‘n Clothes (brand) will return to its roots, emphasizing retail, product, and content creation, catering to fashion-forward consumers.
“This brand split has been a long time coming, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to see our vision take shape,” said Founder of Coffee ‘n Clothes and CNC Agency, Ryan Glick. “It’s a reunion with the original dream of Coffee ‘n Clothes since its inception in 2014, where I aspired to create a global coffee brand. At the same time, this enables us to continue to build on what my team has become exceptionally good at, building memorable brand activations.”
In 2014, Glick’s entrepreneurial story began with a hashtag on Instagram (#coffeenclothes). He built an international following of coffee and fashion enthusiasts and opened up a physical location in New York City that served as an event space where brands hosted takeovers (Bumble Inc., Abercrombie & Fitch Co., and Samsung Electronics). Glick and his caffeinated team also led coffee-themed events for the world’s most iconic brands (Nike, Bottega Veneta and David Yurman). In 2021, amid the challenging backdrop of the pandemic and in-person experiences at a standstill, Glick founded an events company redefining brand interactions under the banner of ‘Coffee ‘n Clothes’.
In the last year alone, CNC has led top campaigns including an “IRL” Barbie Dream House to celebrate the launch of Forever21’s Barbie Summer 2022 and 2023 Collection, a mobile activation for hit Netflix series Love Is Blind and a Miami Happy House takeover for Aerie. In the coming months, now under CNC Agency, Glick and his team are excited to announce activations in partnership with Athletic Greens, NBA, Diageo, and MoMA.
Today, CNC Agency boasts a diverse team spanning from New York to Los Angeles. As the brand splits, the creative experience agency is building its team at an accelerated speed, asking for any visionaries to apply for positions here.
