DALLAS / FORT WORTH – July 10, 2025 – North Texas-based strategic communications firm Cooksey Communications (Cooksey) recently promoted Bethany Kula Moisan to account executive. Moisan is based in the agency’s renowned Real Estate & Development Practice Group and has experience serving key real estate, professional services and public sector clients. During her two years at Cooksey, she has worked with The Gatehouse, Victory Search Group, Vogel, The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, Allen Economic Development Corporation and Hillwood Investment Properties.

Moisan joined Cooksey in 2023 as an assistant account executive. She’s actively involved in the Public Relations Society of America’s (PRSA) Dallas chapter and is currently on the 2025 UnSummit committee, a half-day program featuring community thought leaders exploring engaging industry topics. She graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in business administration.
