by | Feb 13, 2018

dataxu, a software provider for marketing professionals, announced the promotion of Tiffany Mosher to Chief People Officer. In this newly created role, she will expand upon her previous role leading global human resource operations and initiatives for the team of more than 350 employees. Mosher will continue to report directly to Mike Baker, CEO of dataxu, and is based out of the company’s Boston headquarters.

“Tiffany has helped grow our team significantly, leveraging her depth of experience across all aspects of our human resource functions to foster a workplace where our employees can deliver success for our customers and thrive,” said Baker. “The collaborative environment for which she is responsible encourages employee innovation and success.”

Mosher joined dataxu in April 2014 as Vice President, People Strategy and since then has grown her influence and the department, managing all employee-focused initiatives within the organization including overseeing global hiring, design and career pathing opportunities across all teams, and implementing dataxu’s diversity initiative focused on recruiting skilled talent from people of all backgrounds. She was appointed to Senior Vice President in 2016.

“A lot can change in three years. When I first joined dataxu, I implemented a framework of recruit, retain, develop in order to grow the dataxu team and build a collaborative, innovative culture where transparency and career growth are paramount,” said Mosher. “We have made excellent progress, and I look forward to continuing to develop our outstanding team as we grow our business in 2018 and beyond.”

Before joining dataxu, Mosher held senior HR roles at Cengage Learning, SharkNinja and Akamai Technologies. She also held HR roles at Harvardnet and Borland Software.
