Full-service digital agency Fluid, an Astound Commerce company, launched the all new Bowlero.com for Bowlero Corp (formerly Bowlmor AMF), the world leader in bowling entertainment. Fluid’s work includes a fully responsive website re-design and re-platform across all four of the company’s sites, including Bowlmor Lanes, AMF and Brunswick Zone. The new design creates a unified and streamlined user experience for Bowlero’s multiple brands and nearly 300 locations.
Bowlero Corp’s expansive growth over the past five years drove them to partner with Fluid, a world-class customer experience ecommerce agency, to provide a CMS solution that delivers scalability, and the ability to uniquely manage each bowling center across their footprint. Fluid leveraged customer insights to craft seamless integration between design, UX, and content to satisfy user needs throughout the bowling event-booking experience.
The agency, partnering with Avantia, a leading CMS implementer, translated this information to provide a best-in-class experience with enhanced search and geolocation capabilities, an optimized League Finder and an elevated ecommerce experience. Ongoing enhancements will provide users with extended customization options in online booking in the coming months.
“We wanted to use this ‘from scratch’ opportunity to develop a user-first site that creates a strong, positive brand experience and allows us the ability to flex and scale as our business evolves,” said Megan Wintersteen, Director of Digital at Bowlero Corp. “For that reason, we were pleased to work with the experts at Fluid on this monumental redesign.”
“Working with Bowlero has been an incredible experience,” said Vanessa Cartwright, CEO and Managing Partner, Fluid. “This work is a true fusion of art and science, since there was such an intensive discovery phase uncovering the technical, business, and user requirements, before applying it to this beautiful holistic design.”
