Frances Palladino will be joining TEGNA as its new director of consumer marketing, effective June 28.

Palladino has more than 20 years of demonstrated expertise curating broadcast and digital media campaigns. She joins TEGNA from The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she excelled as a solutions-focused marketer and collaborative leader.
During her career at Ellen, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and TMZ, Palladino led the execution of high-impact affiliate partner initiatives for more than 200 stations. This included identifying under-performing markets, developing station partnerships to improve ratings, creating compelling marketing initiatives for companywide and mass market distribution, and generating brand synergy via promotional campaigns. Additionally, Palladino was instrumental in the record-breaking growth of TMZ and TMZ Live, working to leverage its brand growth on a global scale.
Palladino will be relocating to the D.C. area from Los Angeles.
