Franco Promotes Nikki Little to Vice President of Strategy

by | Feb 10, 2020

Franco, a Detroit-based integrated communications agency, has announced the promotion of Nikki Little to vice president of strategy. Little previously served as Franco’s director of strategy.

Little is an integrated communications professional with 13 years of experience in the industry. Since rejoining Franco last year, she has demonstrated courage and thoughtful initiative while engaging her network to generate opportunities for Franco’s clients, teammates and community. Little is already a role model within the agency and leads her teammates with vision and focus.

Little has truly come full circle in her career. Her first job out of college was as an assistant account executive at Franco, where she provided a variety of PR services for clients. Before she rejoined the Franco team in September 2019, Little served as the director of communications at White Glove, where she handled all internal and external communication efforts on behalf of the company. She also spent more than seven years at Identity, starting as a social media specialist and eventually working her way up to the director of social media.

In her new role as Franco’s vice president of strategy, Little oversees strategic initiatives for both clients and the agency, with a specific focus on integrating and aligning communications services to optimize results. Little also leads Franco’s digital marketing team and manages several Franco accounts and team members.

Outside of Franco, Little publishes The MichComms Report, a biweekly e-newsletter that caters to communications professionals in Michigan. She also serves on the executive communications committee for Impact100 Oakland County.
