Boston, MA; April 22, 2024 – Wave Collective announces today that Creative Director Reagan Byrne, Social Media Director Brooke Patterson, and VP of Communications Christina Valle have become owners of the full-service agency that specializes in public relations, social media, creative, and influencer marketing.

Establishing the company in 2016, founder Robbin Mangano has transitioned to an advisory role at Wave. Reagan, Brooke, and Christina express a heartfelt thank you and endless gratitude to Robbin for her dedication to Wave’s clients and team. The trio also appreciates the support Robbin has provided the last few years as they took the lead and spearheaded the strategies and success of their respective departments, as well as over the past few months as they took on larger roles in the operations of the company.
With an office and photography studio in South Boston, Wave works with a variety of clients in the lifestyle, hospitality, and food & beverage industries, including: BXP, Castle Island Brewing Co., Inn at Hastings Park, Latitude Beverage Co., New England Dairy, Park-9 Dog Bar, Polkadog Bakery, Primark USA, Time Out Market Boston, and View Boston. Wave also led the PR and influencer relations for Away’s and Shake Shack’s latest area stores.
Reagan Byrne (Partner | Creative) joined Wave at the end of 2021 as Creative Director and Lead Photographer. Prior to Wave, Reagan was a highly sought-after freelance food & beverage photographer who worked with brands that included Boston Beer Company, Island Creek Oysters, and Traveler Street Hospitality. Raised in Connecticut, Reagan attended the University of New Hampshire before pursuing a career within the hospitality industry.
Brooke Patterson (Partner | Social Media), a Boston-area native, began at Wave in the fall of 2019. Climbing up the ranks year-after-year to become the agency’s Social Media Director, Brooke oversees the social media strategy for clients such as Primark USA, Prudential Center, View Boston and The Colonnade Hotel, ensuring that each tells the unique stories of each brand in a creative way. Brooke received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Suffolk University.
Christina Valle (Partner | PR & Influencer Marketing) became a part of the Wave team in February 2019 and has over 10 years of experience in restaurant and hospitality public relations on both the East and West Coasts. She oversees all media relations efforts, influencer marketing, and brand events/activations. A first generation Mexican-American raised in San Diego, CA, Christina has called Boston home since moving to New England to graduate from Boston University.
