J/PR Doubles Footprint in UK And Europe with Acquisition of Luxury PR Agency Sadler & Co.

Global communications agency, J/PR, has acquired renowned luxury travel, hospitality and design PR agency Sadler & Co., expanding its client portfolio and growing their experienced team in the UK.  The acquisition of Sadler & Co. will double the size of J/PR’s UK team and its London office, led by Senior Managing Director UK, Emma Hartland-Mahon, Sarah Richards will join the team as Managing Director UK. The two agencies plan to slowly integrate over the next quarter. The acquisition is on the heels of a banner year for J/PR, including an agency-wide rebrand, new marquee clients, impressive talent retention and acquisition, and new office locations.

Through the acquisition, J/PR UK will take on Sadler’s first-class client list which includes; Jamaica Inn, Villa d’Este on Lake Como and its sister property, Villa La Massa; Chablé properties in Mexico; Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa; The Three Chimneys, Scotland; Bequia Beach Hotel, St. Vincent and Grenadines, luxury travel company Carrier, plus additional Caribbean, European and UK properties. Ann Sadler, Founder of Sadler & Co., and Sarah Richards, Managing Director, along with their talented team, will be an integral part of shepherding their acclaimed clients under the J/PR brand. Their personal relationships with owners and stakeholders have set Sadler & Co. apart for decades, and they will continue to uphold these deep roots with J/PR.

Emma Hartland-Mahon, who has spent a decade with J/PR, moved from J/PR’s New York office in 2016 to launch the agency’s UK division. She is well-versed in managing client relationships, strategy and tactics, and will be an integral part of combined teams’ future success.  Hartland-Mahon and Richard’s met starting their PR careers at a UK agency and have a long personal and professional history.
