Toronto, October 1, 2023 — The Board of Trustees of Page, the premiere global professional organization for senior corporate communications executives, has elected Kelli Parsons, global chair, corporate affairs and advisory, at Hill and Knowlton Strategies, as chair of the Page board. Parsons’ election was announced during the Page Annual Conference in Toronto on October 1, 2023. Her term will begin at the start of 2024, succeeding Brian Lott, chief communications officer of Mubadala Investment Company.

In her role as chair, Parsons will lead the board, which is composed of respected leaders in the communications industry, in shaping the strategic direction and priorities of the organization. Her election comes at a critical juncture when the profession faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. She has been a member of Page since 2011 and has served as a trustee since 2015. Parsons has been an active leader in Page, most recently as treasurer and secretary and chair of the Financial Planning and Operations Committee.

“I am deeply honored to serve as a steward of our organization,” said Kelli Parsons. “The Page community and its commitment to advancing the influence and impact of our profession have been essential elements of my career in communication. I’m grateful for the opportunity to work together with my colleagues to imagine a remarkable future and equip our members with innovative resources and authentic relationships to create value in business and society.”

Parsons is a global business and corporate affairs leader with extensive experience in delivering business and cultural transformation, sustainable growth, and social impact. She served as chief communications officer for United Technologies, New York Life, Fannie Mae, and Warburg Pincus, strengthening reputation and brand equity through periods of large-scale change. Her leadership and commitment to the profession have earned recognition and respect from peers and clients alike.

“Kelli is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the transformative power of strategic communication and the key role that chief communication officers play as key advisors to CEOs,” Page President Roger Bolton said. “Her extensive experience as a CCO, success in advising CEOs and helping organizations to earn trust with their many stakeholders, and innovative thinking, make her the ideal choice to guide Page as we tackle the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.”

Under Parsons’ leadership, Page will continue to create community among senior communication executives to collaborate, learn, and improve business and society. Page extends its heartfelt thanks to outgoing Chair Brian Lott, whose leadership and dedication have been instrumental in taking Page to the next level, increasing the diversity of its membership, and growing the organization and its impact around the world.
