KYNE, a specialty health communications agency, has forged a new network partnership with Agora Public Affairs & Strategic Communications (part of the Untold_ network), enhancing its capabilities and footprint to Latin America. Agora is a public affairs and strategic communications agency with expertise in policy and government affairs, research and analytics, and has offices in Argentina, Columbia and Mexico.
Through this new partnership, both firms will have the opportunity to combine capabilities and leverage insights across markets to inform future strategy and health programming. The expansion efforts reflect a year of record growth for KYNE—highlighted by a 63 percent increase in revenues in 2017—and are coupled with senior appointments in public health and digital.
“The team at Agora represent some of the most talented communicators in Latin America and bring deep healthcare experience that will further strengthen our knowledge and skillset in the region. Just as importantly, we both feel like this is a great partnership from a cultural perspective,” said David Kyne, founder and CEO of KYNE. “These expansion efforts are exemplary of our geographic and overall business growth and provide us with specialty resources and expertise to support the evolving needs of our clients.”
“We are proud to partner with KYNE because of its leadership and commitment to the healthcare ecosystem in the US, as well as its interest to expand its global impact,” said Miguel Angel Herrera, Partner, Agora Public Affairs. “KYNE and Agora share the same values and a willingness to serve clients with seasoned professionals and innovative approaches.”
As a reflection of KYNE’s significant growth in 2017, the agency was recently ranked #11 among 2018 Fast Movers by Holmes Report and highlighted as a “leading gainer” in its category by O’Dwyer’s. Additionally, KYNE ranked #126 globally in PRWeek’s 2018 Agency Business Report, published earlier this year.
