The PHA Group, based in Soho, London, was founded 13 years ago by renowned former journalist, Phil Hall.
Phil was editor of the News of the World, Britain’s biggest selling newspaper, for 5 years before taking up the reigns as editor-in-chief of the world’s most well-known celebrity magazine, HELLO! He later became editorial director of development for Trinity Mirror, Europe’s largest newspaper publishing group.
A highly respected Crisis Management expert and thought leader in the Communications sector, Phil is now Chairman of an agency that employs over 90 staff.
We want to grow that number even further and unearth the next generation of dynamic, passionate and vibrant PR professionals!

The enrolment channel is now officially open and graduates can apply for our September 2018 intake.
Our Graduate Scheme will offer successful applicants the opportunity to learn from a team of award-winning PR professionals, former national newspaper executives and thought leaders.
The 12-month Graduate Scheme will include rotations across the entire business, giving our Graduate Trainees the chance to experience a variety of different PR practices. Successful candidates will gain experience across a range of sectors, including: Consumer, Sport and Fitness, Technology and Innovation, Crisis and Reputation Management, The PHA Digital Studio, Marketing and Third Sector.
