by | Jan 7, 2022

Prosek Partners, a leading integrated global marketing and communications firm, announced that Katie O’Reilly has joined the firm to lead Prosek’s convening and networking offering. A 15-year veteran of the Milken Institute, O’Reilly will be charged with developing programming that will engage C-suite executives and other thought leaders through branded convening events and conferences.

“At Prosek we place a major emphasis on creating ‘Network Value’ for our clients, whether that be gifting them a network of their true peers, helping them navigate industry conferences, or assisting them in creating meaningful convening events,” said Jennifer Prosek, the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner. “Katie is uniquely positioned to supercharge our efforts in this area. Her insight and knowledge developed over a long career at the Milken Institute will bring incredible attributes to our clients as they look to develop creative new programs and make strategic connections that will fuel their growth.”

“These last 18 months have demonstrated there is nothing more valuable than your own network and that developing the right relationships has the power to radically transform the trajectory of a business,” said O’Reilly. “Prosek is an extraordinary firm, and I am looking forward to working with their exceptional client base to help them build networks and deepen relationships that will drive their innovation and growth.”

In addition to her years focused on building curated networks at the Milken Institute, as Executive Director of Business Development, O’Reilly was responsible for the organization’s overall revenue and oversaw the Institute’s push into international markets. She has spent her career developing strong relationships in the financial and health care spaces including board service positions for the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, Beyond Barriers and other organizations. O’Reilly will also remain chair of the Milken Institute Executive Circle, a networking group of more than 50 female senior executives.
