Reach Agency Announces New Executive Vice President

Reach Agency a leading marketing agency specializing in social storytelling and creator-based marketing, has proudly announced Caroline Wilson as its new Executive Vice President of Partners and Innovation.

In her new role, Wilson will develop impactful social and engagement strategies for brands and spearhead Reach’s exploration and innovation in NFTs, web3, gaming and metaversal activities for the agency. Wilson is now reunited with Reach Agency’s co-founders, Gabe Gordon and Frank Catapano. The three previously worked together at William Morris Endeavor.

Wilson brings more than 18 years of experience in agency, media, tech, entertainment and startup environments. She is passionate about how people connect and socialize via content and experiences. In her previous positions, Wilson created memorable and award-winning brand campaigns for global Auto, CPG, Tech and Entertainment clientele like Kia, State Farm, Clorox, Keurig Dr Pepper and Microsoft. A recent highlight of her work in pop culture was the oversight of ViacomCBS/PopTV’s bi-coastal pop-up experience for the Emmy Award-winning show “Schitt’s Creek.” Her team also created one of the network’s first AR social filters, “Moira’s Wigs,” available to fans who attended the experience.

This introduction of Wilson as a new executive leader illustrates the growing expansion of the Reach Agency’s team and platform. Reach’s staff has grown by 53% within the past 6 months. The agency has grown across talent, strategy, account, creative, operations and leadership. Their portfolio features major companies and brands including Nestle, Clorox, AB InBev, Disney, Google and Microsoft. This year, Reach has expanded their client portfolio working with new brands like Hulu, Perrier, Purina, Peacock, Coffee-mate, La Lechera, Outshine, and Fresh Step.

Recent campaigns for Reach Agency have included the successful launch of Stouffers’ TikTok channel, a new platform for the 100-year-old brand. Reach brought innovation to shopper marketing for Hot Pockets by leveraging influencers to create one of the most successful shopper campaigns in the portfolio. Additionally, Reach Agency partnered with top YouTuber, Rudy Mancuso, to promote Hulu’s #1 Comedy Series, “Only Murders in the Building,” which now has 17 Emmy Nominations.
