R&J Strategic Communications, a full service integrated marketing and public relations agency, announced the promotion of Ashlee Weingarten to Assistant Account Executive.

In her new role, Weingarten will continue to be a valuable member of R&J’s consumer marketing team. Since joining the team in February 2018 as a public relations intern, Weingarten has continued to excel in contributing to strategic planning, executing effective communications strategies, servicing client accounts and building on the agency’s strong media relations practice. Weingarten’s new role will give her the opportunity to take on even more with client service responsibilities within the agency’s PR account team while also helping grow the digital practice area through her expertise in digital advertising and search engine marketing.

“Ashlee has a diverse set of talents and abilities that span the traditional and digital aspects of our business,” said Scott Marioni, President of R&J. “She has been instrumental in helping us to make the delivery of those services seamless while providing outstanding service and valuable insights to our clients in the process.”

During her time at R&J, Weingarten has stood out due to her exceptional writing skills as well as her proficient abilities in all facets of her position. Although she has worked on tasks for several clients, her greatest contribution to R&J is her notable work for clients Polaroid and Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey.

A resident of Hackettstown, N.J., Weingarten graduated cum laude from Susquehanna University in 2018 with a dual degree, a Bachelor of Arts of Communication—emphasis in Public Relations—and a Bachelor of Science in Luxury Marketing & Management. During her time at Susquehanna University, she served as Social Media Director for the Susquehanna Chapter of Public Relations Students Society of America and Vice President of Public Relations as a member of Kappa Delta sorority.
