Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) is providing public relations services for New York’s 45th Annual Village Halloween Parade the sixth consecutive year. The legendary event, which will take place on Wednesday, October 31 at 7:00pm, has entertained the public on Halloween night for the past 44 years, attracting millions of people from around the world.

RPR donates an extensive amount of time, expertise and artistry to the event because it improves the fabric of the city. As in previous years, RPR staff will join the celebration by creating and riding on a custom float in the company of friends and family.

New York City-based Songwriter, Performer and DJ, Tina DeCara, will perform on the company’s float at the parade. Tina will astound parade-goers with her extraordinary spinning skills and electronic dance music (EDM) tracks. In addition to her songwriting and performing career she has become an in-demand DJ. Tina currently has over 1.5 million combined streams on Spotify and almost a million views on youtube, and appears destined to become a star in the near future!

The iconic Village Halloween Parade, considered the nation’s largest public participatory event, has been attracting millions of people from around the globe for the past 44 years. Set to take place on 6th Avenue North of Spring Street to 16th Street from 7:00pm – 10:30pm, this year’s highly-anticipated parade will showcase hundreds of puppets, 53 bands spanning all genres of music, dancers, artists, and thousands of New Yorkers donning costumes of their own creation.
