3rd November 2025- Sport communications and PR specialists Soapbox have won a retained brief to provide PR and event management support to Baller League, the record breaking six-a-side indoor football competition, which returned last Monday.
Taking over the Copper Box Arena once again, Baller League Season Two brings together household names from football and culture.
This season, Chloe Kelly will manage Clutch FC and Idris Elba has joined the lineup where he will manage Rukkas FC, joining an already star-studded roster of teams.
Football legends John Terry, Jens Lehmann, Robert Pirès, Alan Shearer, Ian Wright, Micah Richards and Alisha Lehmann are all in the dug out, with Daniel Sturridge a new face, alongside internet icons Miniminter, Tobi Brown (Tobjizzle), Sharky, Maya Jama, streamer AngryGinge and new addition, Niki Omilana.
Baller League’s debut season was a major success, attracting an average of 2.3 million live viewers each matchday, generating 585 million short-form video views across social media, and reaching over 31.5 billion organic impressions.
This latest win strengthens Soapbox ’s roster of rights holders and brand clients, which includes Matchroom Boxing, Professional Darts Corporation, Formula E and Meta, The agency’s talent roster includes Anthony Joshua, Luke Littler, Jamie Chadwick, Billy Monger, Eddie Hearn and many more.
